Terms and Conditions (Privacy Statement)

City of Glasgow College respects the privacy of all users of its web site. It is technically possible to identify an individual user's use of the College's website. The College does not, however, collect the additional information required and will make no attempt to track or identify individual users, except where explicit consent for this is given or where there is a reasonable suspicion that unauthorised access to systems is being attempted. As a condition of use of this site, all users must give permission for the College to use its access logs to attempt to track users who are reasonably suspected of gaining or attempting to gain unauthorised access.

Log files are maintained and analysed. Analyses of these log files are used to monitor website usage and to measure, for example, overall popularity of the website.

On some parts of the site, you may be asked to provide some limited personal information in order to access certain services e.g. ordering a prospectus, enquiring about a course etc. The College may store this information manually or electronically. By supplying this information you are consenting to the College holding and using it for the purposes for which it was provided.
