Andria Reid

Andria recently made a change in her career, from her role as a Change Director in Financial Services to an independent business consultant, and is training to be a Financial Planner. 

Having worked in Change and Transformation for over 25 years, she has seen how the financial crash in 2008 impacted people and the industry, through to how technology has radically impacted every aspect of our lives. Her role has been to lead Digital, Organisational and Regulatory change in organisations to create sustainable new ways of working.

Learning and further education has played a part throughout Andria's career, from recently completing her MBA in Leadership and Sustainability and now embarking on the journey to become qualified to give advice on financial matters. Her passion for education throughout life and how it can make a real difference to people, their wellbeing and prospects, means she was delighted to join Glasgow Colleges' Regional Board as a board member in April 2024. 

In her spare time, Andria loves to spend time walking with her dogs, theatre and travel.
