Darren Pirie

Darren has been a proud resident in Glasgow since moving from Argyll for University in 1997.
Forging a career in Banking, he is extremely proud to have worked for the NatWest Group across the major brands in various roles for 16 years. After an initial immersion in all things Banking and Finance, Darren has forged most of his career in leading and developing innovative Enterprise and Sustainability programmes and solutions for customers. Darren is inspired by leading excellent teams, embracing new technologies and developed strategies that deliver big outcomes.
In his spare time Darren loves to travel, walk his dog Bruce and loves spending time in the kitchen with his family.
Darren joined GCRB as a board member in April 2024.
