David Newall
Chair, Glasgow Clyde College
David Newall has been Chair of the Board of Management at Glasgow Clyde College since July 2016. In that capacity he is also a member of GCRB, of the Colleges Scotland Employers' Association and of the Colleges Scotland Good Governance Steering Group.
David is a history graduate and an accountant (CPFA). His professional career has been in local government and higher education management, most recently as University Secretary & Director of Administration at the University of Glasgow (2004-17).
