Glasgow's three colleges now have access to the Big White Wall, an online mental health and well-being service.
The award-winning digital resource is available to students and staff at Glasgow Clyde, City of Glasgow and Glasgow Kelvin College, offering confidential access to a library of self-care resources, tips and guided group courses.
Wall Guides and Live Therapists are up to date with the latest information regarding the Coronavirus (COV-19) disease and are supporting people during this time. Trained professionals are available round the clock to keep members safe and supported when they are online and can help with managing stress and anxiety.
GCRB Executive Director Martin Boyle said: "The Glasgow college region is dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of its staff and students.
"We urge everyone to make the most of our new Big White Wall resource, which can be accessed 24/7 from home. It's important to look after our mental health as well as our physical health at this time.
"As well as introducing the Big White Wall, GCRB is working with the Charlie Waller Memorial Trust to help develop support for students and staff around mental health and to improve regional practices and resources."
In the last month, six new counsellors have been appointed across each of the colleges,Glasgow Clyde College, City of Glasgow College and Glasgow Kelvin College.
