Sometimes you may forget your password for a college IT system - that's ok...it happens to us all! 

See the guidance below if you have forgotten your password for any of the college's IT systems.

Library digital resources

Most of the library's digital resources are accessed using your student number/staff username and password. If you can't remember your password, then you will need to contact IT to get this reset. They can be contacted via:

Please quote your student number and D.O.B. when contacting the IT service desk.

If you forget your email password you can reset it from the login page of the Office 365 website. Simply fill in your email address and select the option 'Forgotten your password?'.

This will take you to an option to send a 'reset password' link to either your recovery email address or SMS text to your mobile, depending on which recovery option you selected when you first changed your password at the College. Click the link to reset your password.

If you have forgotten your email address then remember the standard form it normally takes:
